Arrival regulation / Departure regulation

Dear guest!

We have made the following arrangements for you, so that your arrival / departure can be done as easily as possible.

Your Arrival:

1. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 till 18:00 or upon request.

2. If you arrive by car, please use only designated parking areas. Please note the parking times for public parking.

3. Please handle carefully with the keys provided to you. In the event of loss, you as the guest bear the costs for replacing the locking systems.

4. The local bed tax / tourist tax need to be payed on arrival in cash.

5. Please check the accommodation rented by you for any defects immediately after your arrival and inform us of any defects within 24 hours at the latest so that we can take care of them.

We wish you a pleasant stay and have fun!

Your Departure:

1. Please arrange your departure with us regarding the key handover.

2. Please plan your departure till 10:00. A later departure is only possible upon request.

3. Please turn off all appliances that you have used when you leave.

4. Please clean your used dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, etc. and put them back to the correct places.

5. Please hang used/ wet towels.

6. Please close doors and windows. Turn off the Air Condition.

 7. Please make sure that you have not forgotten anything in the accommodation. Please pay special attention to charging cable!
